Holding both a Painting BFA and Anthropology BA from the pilot year of the Brown University/Rhode Island School of Design Dual Degree program, Allison Grosso unites theory and practice.

After graduating in 2013, she taught multimedia and video as adjunct faculty of the Wheeler School in Providence RI, while kicking off her musical career touring with the Downtown Boys and Dougie Poole Band. She then moved to Brooklyn, where she helped open Kick Axe Throwing and developed its Special Events program.

She currently resides in Queens, where she freelances in research and ethnography, and creates AR Instagram filters for fun.
